Yes. We know that investing in headshots for your team is a big decision, so we stand behind our work with a session guarantee.
 

How does your session guarantee work for corporate/HR clients?

If someone on your team is genuinely unhappy with their results, we offer the option to schedule a re-shoot with another photographer on our team at 50% of the original session price. This policy helps protect your investment while giving staff a fair opportunity to get images they’re comfortable using internally and publicly.
 

How do you schedule on-site headshots for our team?

We’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your office flow. Typically, we set up a simple time-block sign-up (for example, every 10 minutes per person) or a department-by-department schedule. We’ll coordinate in advance so your team knows when to arrive, what to expect, and how long they’ll be needed.
 

How much time do you need per person?

For our standard office headshot sessions, we typically plan about 5–10 minutes per person. This allows enough time for quick coaching, a few different poses, and immediate review on screen—while still keeping everyone moving efficiently.
 

How long will you need to be on-site?

The total time on-site depends on your headcount, but as a general guide:

  • Small teams (under 10 people): about 1–1.5 hours, including setup and breakdown

  • Medium teams (10–30 people): about 2–3 hours

  • Large teams (30+ people): typically a half or full day, depending on your schedule and whether we’re also doing group photos We’ll provide a more precise estimate once we know your team size and any special requirements.
     

Can you handle large teams or multiple departments?

Yes. We regularly photograph larger groups and multi-department teams. We can:

  • Create staggered time slots by department or floor

  • Coordinate with your office manager or HR team to keep people flowing on schedule

  • Maintain a consistent lighting setup and background so all headshots match, even if they’re taken over several hours or across multiple days
     

What if some employees are remote or can’t be on-site that day?

We can discuss options such as:

  • Scheduling a make-up day for those who miss the main session

  • Inviting remote employees to a studio session that matches your office setup as closely as possible

  • Planning periodic update days so new hires can be added later with a consistent look
     

How do you minimize disruption to our workday?

We design our process to be efficient and respectful of your team’s time. We:

  • Arrive early to set up before sessions begin

  • Keep each individual session short and structured

  • Provide clear instructions so employees know exactly where to go and when

INDIVIDUAL

High-End Standard Headshot Package

  • Price: $300 per person

  • Session length: Up to 30 minutes per person

  • Includes: 2 final, professionally edited images

This is one of our most popular packages because 30 minutes is just the right amount of time to capture your best photo. This image will become your signature headshot for years to come.

High-End Executive Headshot Package

  • Price: $550 per person

  • Session length: 60 minutes

  • Includes: 2 final, professionally edited images

This extended 60-minute session is perfect for business owners, executives, or anyone who wants to get the most out of their session. This is more than a simple photo shoot — it’s also a learning experience.

You will:

  • Learn about your natural posing habits

  • Get coaching on how to pose for group photos and selfies

  • Improve your overall posing skills

This session includes extensive pose coaching to find your best angles. You’ll have at least 50 images to choose from for your final two selections.

Additional Images & Retouching for Individual Sessions

  • Additional images: $25 per extra edited image if you love several photos from your session.

  • All headshot packages include our Standard Retouch at no extra cost.

What is your retainer, and when is it due?


To lock in your session date with Picture Connect KC, we require a $50 retainer per session. This payment reserves your spot on our calendar and is applied toward your final collection. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Please note: retainers are non-refundable.

Do you charge travel fees?
Yes, but only for locations a bit farther out. If your session is more than 30 miles from our studio, a travel fee will apply to help cover our time on the road and related expenses. We’ll let you know the amount in advance when you book.

Anything else I should know about pricing and orders?

  • All prices are subject to applicable sales tax.

  • Prices may change over time, but once your retainer is paid or your contract is signed, your pricing is locked in.

  • Most product orders take about 3–5 weeks to process.

  • For your convenience, we accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash.
